Post-Medieval silver bell
Most likely a hawking bell. Complete, small spherical bell made of silver sheet, in two hemispheres joined at the waist. It retains a small figure-of-eight/S-shaped wire suspension link on the loop and a single band of twisted wire cable around the girth which masks the seam of the two halves. The clapper survives.
