Late Mesolithic flint microlith
A scalene triangle of white patinated flint. The angled edge is steeply retouched with the long edge unmodified. The basal point is missing, owing to the thinness of the blade on which it is made.

Notes: Note that in the excavation seasons 1980, 1981 and 1982 the X axis was numbered alphabetically and the Y axis numerically. In 1986 this was reversed in error resulting in the X axis being numbered numerically and Y axis alphabetically. All the finds were marked during the excavation so are marked by grid square using the site system that was in place at the time. The 1986 finds coordinates have not been corrected.
