Roman samian bowl
Large potion of a bowl with panelled decoration and bold bead rows. The ovolo could be Rogers B 17, used by Servus III and also occasionally by Attianus, Cinnamus and Criciro. The small leaf is Rogers H 167, and is used by Casurius, Doeccus, Caletus and Servus II. The figure types are Bacchus, O.566 and a sphinx, O.857. The general appearance of the bowl suggests that it is fairly late Antonine.
Dr 37 is a hemispherical decorated bowl
