Plate, hard-paste porcelain, slightly warped circular shape with short cylindrical foot-rim, cushion-moulded sides and spreadng rim, a basketwork moulded pattern to the edge of the rim with a band of triangular perforations, a pattern of curving ribs run across the rim and down the sides of the well, a shaped edge to the rim; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a spray of naturalistic flowers including a rose and a tulip, two further leafy sprigs to the well and four floral sprigs around the rim, the perforations to the rim bordered by hanging green ribbons.
