Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a flat base, globular body, c-scroll handle, up-turned spout, both moulded to form octagonal shape, circular, slightly domed cover with bud finial; decorated in underglaze blue, polychrome enamels and gilt with the Tischchenmuster pattern, spray of flowers to handle, border of stylised flowers in iron-red and gilt on shoulders, Tischchenmuster pattern to cover.
