Cup and saucer
Cup, earthenware, standing on a waisted foot rim, rounded sides ending in a scalloped lip rim, curved back loop handle; transfer-printed in red with the 'Archers' pattern, two ladies with archery equipment standing in park-like scenery with a large house and ornamental tents in the background, lattice work pattern to lip rim and to handle, the interior with a scrolling floral and foliate border on a lattice work ground with a floral spray to the centre. Saucer, standing on a narrow rounded foot rim with spreading, cushion moulded sides; transfer-printed in red with the same central scene as on the cup and with the scrolling floral and foliate border to the rim.
