Vish (founder of Glitter Cymru) (Vish (they/them) was born in Cardiff in the 1980s, of Indian descent. In June 2016 they founded Glitter Cymru, a Cardiff-based social and support group for LGBTQ+ people of colour. Glitter Cymru organised the first BAME Pride to be held in Wales on 10 August 2019 at Cathays Community Centre, Cardiff.)
