Vase, miniature
Miniature vase, hard-paste porcelain, urn-shaped form with spreading foot, ovoid body, sloping in at the shoulder to a short neck, moulded acanthus leaves around the shoulder and lower body, modelled masks to either side of the body; finely painted in polychrome enamels with floral festoons around the body, the modelled masks painted in naturalistic enamels, the moulded acanthus leaves picked out in gilt, gilt lines around the foot, shoulder and neck.
