Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate, soft-paste porcelain, much speckled with grit; standing on atapering foot rim, spreading sides, the rim moulded with twelve regular lobes, with slight bevelling to the outer rim; the cavetto painted with three small floral sprays, consisting of three flowers, in orange, pink and blue arranged vertically on broad leaved foliage; the rim painted with three similar sprays, bordered on the outer rim with a chocolate band.
