Pot, buff stoneware, spade-like form, rough walled, high thick-walled foot tapering inwards, tall oval bowl with thin straight walls tapering inwards, bowl formed with parallel rows of finger prints, broad irregular groove running around upper quarter of bowl, bowl interior coated with white slip, exterior surface of groove part stained with brown/black oxide.
