Dish, hard-paste porcelain, oval lobed form with short foot-rim and curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the upperside a criss-cross pattern of floral festoons tied by purple ribbons and with a parrot-like bird perched in the centre of them, a gilt line around the rim.
