Cup, tea and saucer
Teacup and saucer, the cup a soft-paste 'trident' porcelain with a pale earthy translucency, the saucer a soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain with a green translucency; cup standing on a tapered foot rim, rounded bowl flaring slightly at lip, with an ear-shaped loop handle; saucer standing on a tapered foot rim with rounded spreading sides; painted in polychrome enamels, the cup with four small sprays of flowers and one spray inside the bowl, the saucer with five sprays around the edge and one in the centre, including pink and wild roses, and tulips; gilt scalloped lip to cup and saucer, gilt detail to handle, and gilt band to foot rim.
