Jar of buff coloured earthenware, of beaker type, standing on an uneven base with flaring, slightly bulbous sides, ending in a thick lip rim with a pinched spout at one side; incised below lip rim with two concentric lines, unglazed, of crusted appearence, very thickly potted with extensive restoration to one side.
