Bottle and basin, miniature
Bottle and basin, bone china, the bottle has a globular shaped body on a flat base and a long narrow cylindrical neck that flares out slightly toward the rim, the basin is an inverted bell-shape on a footring; decorated with gilt line borders and a gilt rosette in the central reserve of the basin, both pieces are painted with a blue ground on which are reserved panels with elaborate gilt borders in which are painted flower sprigs, the exterior of the basin is banded with a finely painted swag border in gold.
