Site Name: Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot
Date: 1847
Notes: Found in, or before, 1847 on the west side of the channel called the New Cut at Port Talbot, Aberavon. As the grindstone can be matched in the neighbourhood, there is no reason to believe the tradition that it was imported as ballast from abroad. Now in the possession of Mrs. Blundell, Nottage Court, Portheawl.
