Mug
Mug, pearlware, standing on a rounded spreading waisted foot-rim with horizontal ribbing around the waist, cylindrical sides, scrolled foliate-moulded loop handle with slightly raised thumb-spur; the exterior sides covered with copper lustre, this then sprigged in white clay with to either side of the body a classical scene showing figures riding in chariots pulled by animals and to the front of the body a vase with flowers and foliage, white bands around the foot-rim and upper body, pink lustre stripes around the lower body, upper body and interior and exterior lip-rim, two pink lustre stripes to the handle.
