View from the S.T. IWATE showing a Spanish 'pair' fishing, known to Welsh fishermen as 'twicers', towing a pareja trawl with a 2½" mesh codend. British and French trawlers used a 3½" mesh releasing a lot of the undersized fish. 29 March 1946.
