Figure of Lord Nelson, white earthenware with a blue tinted glaze standing on an irregularly shaped oval base. Well coloured, in naval dress of black shoes, white stockings, pink knee breeches with a gilt line at the knee, underglaze blue jacket with gilt outlining, lemon sash across body from right shoulder, orange fringed epaulettes, pink tinted face with very pink cheeks, brown hair, black cocked hat. Standing against white support, right leg against buff coloured anchor wrapped around with orange pink rope, right arm bent across body, missing hand hidden by sash, left arm vertical and holding grey sword banded with yellow.
