Mug, creamware,inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, cylindrical body, a raised band around the upper body, scrolled foliate-moulded handle with raised thumb-spur and further outer and inner spurs lower down; transfer-printed in black and in-filled in polychrome enamels with around the exterior body a design of oriental flowering trees and exotic log-tailed birds, a narrow pink lustre band around the lower body, a wide pink lustre band around the upper body, a pink lustre band around the interior lip-rim, the handle painted in pink lustre. The foot-rim chipped.
