Drinking glass, standing on a high conical foot which is a later substitute for the original foot, waisted baluster stem cut into diamond and oval facets, bucket bowl cut with oval facets around the base, the bowl wheel-engraved with to one side the Russian Imperial Double Eagle surrounded by foliage and to the other side the Imperial Monogram of Tzar Nicolas II enclosed by a cartouche of banners and a crown, the wheel-engraving in-filled with black enamel and gilt.
