Jug, earthenware, bulbous body, short cylindrical neck, beak spout, loop handle with raised thumb-spur; the exterior bodyand inside neck of the jug covered all over with a chocolate brown ground, this then transfer-printed in yellow with around the sides an exotic garden scene with figures, elaborate buildings and carved pillars, around the interior and exterior neck a Greek key-pattern border.
