Beaker, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a fluted foot, spreading, conical body; decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with a continuous landscape containing chinoiserie figures, one seated on a chair before a table holding a bowl, a figure to the left holding a flag, another behind his chair, opposite a child with a toy and an adult figure reaching towards him, insects overhead, ornamental gilt border to inner and outer lip.
