Jug
Jug, of red earthenware, standing on a concave base, ovoid body rising to a wide, broadly ribbed neck, incised lines interspersing the ribbing, the neck largely consisting of plasterwork restoration; pulled loop handle with faint grooving; largely unglazd of notably red, matt earthenware with the exception of a broad, lozenge-shaped apron of yellow slip, descending from the neck to the upper body to one side; the slip covered in a light clear glaze; the lower body with splashes of the clear glaze, some glaze also adhering to the base.
