Seal impression: Royal
Reverse. King William IV in Garter robes, seated on a horse walking to sinister on a quay. The horse bears a lion-skin saddle cloth, the fore paws of which are united by a large jewel. On the sea, are two large men-of-war in full sail, one being a three-decker, the other a two decker. In exergue, a horizontal trident wreathed with laurel.
