Plate, hybrid-paste porcelain, circular shape with rounded foot-rim and rounded curving sides; bat-printed in black and in-filled in pink lustre and blue, yellow, purple and grey enamels with to the centre of the well a classical scene showing a female figure clad in flowing draperies seated on a stool with to one side a burning brazier and to the other a small figure og cupid holding a sheaf of corn, below the scene is printed the inscription "PROSPERTY", around the sides of the well a border of a running pattern of stylized foliage in pink lustre, a pink lustre edge to the rim. Several cracks to the rim.
