Mesolithic wooden digging stick

Digging stick or spear-like object made from oak roundwood. It has a slight bend at its thicker end which was broken and had several side branches torn off. Several cut faces produced a roughly square section at the thicker end. It was cut on several sides over the last 800mm towards the tip, ending in a distinct point.
