Pot, coffee and cover
Coffee pot, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a rounded spreading waisted foot-rim, cylindrical sides sloping sharply inwards at the shoulder to a cylindrical neck with rounded lip-rim, beak spout with scrolled underside, geometric handle with arched shoulder, round domed cover with a ball finial to the top; finely painted in blue, green and brown enamels with to around the exterior body of the coffee pot and the top of the cover scattered sprigs of forget-me-nots, gilt bands around the shoulder of the coffee pot and the base of the finial, a gilt dentil edge to the lip-rim of the coffee pot and the rim of the cover, the spout, handle and finial picked out in gilt. The spout chipped.
