GKN Cwmbran property,conditions of sale & contract
Two copies, printed in black ink on cream paper with handwritten details. The first two pages contain a notice for the auction of Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd's freehold, copyhold and leasehold properties, held October 11th 1921. The third page contains the special conditions of sale, and the fourth page is a contract for the purchase of corrugated buildings used as schools in Cwmbran. Purchased by the Monmouthshire Education Committee.
