Roman copper alloy penannular brooch
Penannular brooch with sub-rectangular cross section ring, now bent. The upper surface is decorated with crude hatching. The terminals are cast solid in the form od stylised zoomorphic heads. All that remains of the iron pin is the loop section still in situ. Information from site report by G. Lloyd Morgan and J. Webster.
