Cup, coffee and saucer
Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Coffee cup and cover, clear white translucency and lustrous glaze; the cup can-shaped, with a recessed base, the outer edged wiped clean of glaze, loop handle, dish-shaped saucer, flat unglazed base; cup decorated with alternating band of single blue berries with two gilt leaves and single blue flower heads, also with two gilt leaves, arranged vertically, three and two; the rim of the saucer similarly painted, the berries and flower heads aranged two and one, and with a single flower head in the centre.
