Cup, cabinet and saucer, miniature
Miniature cabinet cup and saucer, soft-paste porcelain; cup standing on a straight sided foot rim, indented above, curved sides flaring at lip; high scroll loop handle, closed above the rim with leaf moulding; saucer on a tapered foot rim, and straight spreading sides with an everted lip; both transfer printed in black enamel all over and inside cup lip, with a honey-comb style design of circles, reserved with scalloped cartouches outlined in gilt, of pink flowers and green foliage, between polychrome flowers, filled in with enamels; gilt handle and gilt lip to cup and saucer.
