Kilt
Traditionally made Scottish style kilt made from green, red and white tartan cloth. Designed and registered by Don Richards as the national Welsh tartan in 1967. Flat front, fringed on right side. With 36 stiched in pleats at back. Cotton lining at waist. Fastens by means of leather straps at each hip (two on right side, one on left). Marks visible where kilt pin has been used to secure front. Two self fabric belt loops at back.
