The Association of Mining Electrical and Mechanical Engineers South Wales Branch Presidential Address by G.D. Thomas 1982/83. 8 page typed address in brown card folder.
The address is entitled "The Engineer", and briefly described the origin of the engineer and the formation of the main controlling bodies.
