Tureen, liner and cover
Tureen, caneware, oval form with flat base and straight slightly incurving sides, inside the tureen fits an oval straight-sided liner with two small inner handles to either end, oval domed cover with to the centre a large finial modelled in the form of a cauliflower surrounded by spreading leaves, the foot-rim of the tureen notched to give a pie-crust effect, around the sides of the tureen an applied fruiting vine, a moulded foliate border around the lip-rim of the tureen; the inner sides of the tureen covered with a clear glaze, the interior of the liner covered with a white slip and glazed, the exterior of the liner covered with a clear glaze. The tureen and liner broken and repaired.
