Edwardes, Peter II (son of Peter Edwardes I, Alderman and goldsmith of Chester, Free 1680. Alderman and master of the Chester Goldsmiths' Company, c.1692-99, then disappears; dead before 1721.)
Montieth, sterling silver, standing on a shallow spreading foot, the bowl circular, the sides raised with eight alternating narrow and wide panels, the narrow panels notched at the rim which is applied with a cast acanthus moulding; engraved on one side with a contemporary coat of arms, a lion rampant guardant between eight fleur de lys, within a Baroque cartouche of foliate scrollwork and laurel festoons.
