Rosette, Eisteddfod
Badge made from yellow ribbon (synthetic): rosette made from frill of gathered ribbon and two lengths of flat ribbon extending outwards (raw ends, cut off diagonally). Red oval card with mock-leather surface and gold print adhered to front, reading: 'Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Frenhinol Cymru, Llywydd y dydd. Maldwyn 1965'. Oval of linen with thick white (adhesive?) finish is stitched to reverse. Printed in black with maker's mark. Safety pin stitched to reverse using white thread. 'Iorwerth C. Peate' written in biro on reverse (white oval).
