Medieval silver annular brooch
A silver annular brooch consisting of a plain sub-circular frame (slight damage) and pin.
The brooch frame is of circular cross-section, and plain. The head appears to be cast, and there is an engraved brambled headed swelling decorating the junction of head and pin shaft. The pin rotates freely around the frame, which has no restriction for the head, and one break.
The object has not undergone any cleaning or conservation.
