Cup and cover
Custard cup, hybrid-paste porcelain with white opaque glaze, short foot-rim, bulbous body with spiral fluting and moulded foliage around the top, loop handle, domed cover with spiral fluting and further moulded foliage, a pear-shaped finial to the top of the cover; finely painted in rose monochrome with around the exterior of the cup and the top of the cover scattered sprays and sprigs of roses and other flowers, the handle and finial picked out in puce, a puce line around the edge of the cover.
