Tea cup and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, tea cup standing on a foot rim, rounded sides tapered inwards at base, slightly everted lip, c-scroll handle with scroll terminal; decorated in polychrome enamels on one side with a sprig of a purple and yellow flower, opposite three shadowed insects, insect to bottom, gilt border line to lip. Saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, slightly everted lip, decorated in polychrome enamels, the centre with a sprig of a purple flower, surrounded by three shadowed insects, gilt border line to lip.
