Late Bronze Age bronze socketed axe
Looped, sub-circular socket mouth, splayed blade and five straight pelleted ribs on each face, probably from the same mould as 12.11/2 but a sharper casting. The blade is damaged; the surface having repeatedly been dented with a narrow blade, possibly deliberate damage prior to deposition or use wear.
