Circular oak trinket box with handwritten inscription on inside of lid 'This box is made from a piece of the foundation frame of the single arch bridge at Pontypridd, which was built by William Edwards in 1750...the piece of timber which this box is a part was taken out in 1857. Box turned by James Thomas, Pembroke.'
