Plate, earthenware, circular shape with inset base, curving sides and spreading rim; transfer-printed in blue with to the centre of the well an old-fashioned sailing ship on an expanse of water with high waves, to the bottom of the design is a group of marine trophies including flags, cannons, a bale and a barrel, the inscription "GP Co/S" is printed on the bale and on the barrel, border to the rim of marine trophies and nautical motifs, including flags, barrels, bales, small sailing ships, Neptune in a conch shell chariot pulled by seahorses and a female figure reclining by the side of a lion.
