Saucer, soft-paste porcelain, stands on short foot rim with steep curved sides; underglazed mazarine blue band below rim decorated in gilt with floral swags with detail etched and tongue and arrow design on inside edge, well centre is painted in polychrome enamels with urn and flowers; glazed.
