Jug, stoneware, standing on a rounded spreading foot-rim, bulbous body, cylindrical neck, beak spout, grooved loop handle with a moulded leaf at the shoulder, engine-turned decoration around the lower body, the centre of the body impressed with a diapered ground against which is applied a relief of a fox hunting scene with figures, horses and hounds attacking the fox; the exterior neck and spout and the top of the handle covered with copper lustre, a silver lustre band around the interior lip-rim and spout. The spout broken and repaired.
