Cup, tea and saucer
Teacup and saucer, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain; cup standing on a rounded foot rim, London shape, with a narrow ogee handle; saucer standing on a rounded foot rim, with spreading sides; both painted with set pattern 219 - a Japanese influenced design of dark underglaze blue border with groups of iron red and white chrysanthemums and gilt foliage and scrolls, divided by three oval reserves of flowers on a salmon pink ground; central motif of a pale blue cactus-like flower, crossed by a dark blue and gilt band, and encircled by a salmon pink band with gilt leaves.
