Cup and saucer
Cup, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides and flaring lip-rim, elaborate scrolled square-shouldered handle; finely painted in polychrome enamels and gilt with to the front of the exterior body a large spray of Chinese-style flowers, around the interior and exterior lip-rim ornate gilt borders, a gilt band around the foot-rim, the handle partially gilt. Saucer, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels and gilt with to the centre of the well a large spray of Chinese-style flowers, an ornate gilt border around the rim. The foot-rim slightly chipped.
