Photograph captioned ''Vronglog Green Slate Quary, near Nantlle. The older slate quarries are heaped high with waste rock. Its dispersal has always been a problem, but some of the quarries are rented out to tenants who continue to work them by hand. Mr Hughes, the present tenant of Vronglog can be seen here.'' Mounted on card. Made for the exhibition RECORDING WALES 3 in 1970/1971.
