Dish, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a tall foot rim, rounded sides, flared rim, waved lip; decorated in blue enamel, on the bottom with a spray of flowers surrounded by eight sprigs, border to rim of a circular stem with four sprays of flowers with roses and four single flowers on stems in between.
