Double cloth. Finely woven with elaborate geometric pattern based on squares with triple border. Predominantly blue on top and white on underside. Ends rolled and hemmed, selvage at sides; seam down centre. Colours: dark indigo blue and madder pink wools natural white cotton. All three colours used in warp and weft direction. When white is used as weft, two yarns are used as one pick.
