Medieval pottery cooking pot
Cooking pot with two strap handles attached at the shoulder. The rim is well formed and square in profile. Micaceous quartz tempered fabric with external glossy slip/glaze. This reconstructed pot hides most indications of mica, however, fragments which were previously missed or non-joining do show a high quantity of mocw both in the break and surfaces. Wheel made.
